On one of our laptops with Outlook the Auto-Complete has stopped working. This stopped working after a re-start one day no real reason why. Auto complete has no connection with your Contacts, its a separate cache of addresses you have used previously.

What i can’t work out is if i put the account on another PC it remembers all the e-mail addresses but is not on the Laptop which the account user has? If you add the mail account to MS Outlook on another PC, the auto complete will not work until it has been populated by usage.
