However when we got a new computer it wouldn’t install or work anymore so I just recently bought a new game to see if it would work. It installs and says complete, but then it says there is errors and nothing happens.
Tried over and over. It just won’t install properly and can’t be played at all. Seeing that this is the second game we’ve tried to get to work I won’t be buying another one. Don’t waste your money on it. Our computer meets all the requirements listed on the box but the game didn’t work. It loaded and started, but was so slow it was unusable. At level 3 the computer froze and had to be hard booted. We visited the web site and notified them. They said there was no patch and gave us the run-around.

I lost my babies when I lent it to my daughter who did not bring it back, now, no one gets near this copy which is a very good copy and still in great condition. I had this game as a child and have been wanting to „re-live my youth“ so to speak. It’s just like I remember it!
I might not be addicted to it like I was as a little girl, but it sure is a cute game. Now I can play it with my daughter! I can have her on my lap and tell her about the game and she talks to the babyz and smiles at them :.
This didn’t even come with the code after I had to download all sorts of things on to my laptop.. My daughter loves the game. She is not a fan of the new PETZ games, since they were bought out and changed a few years ago.
This game is in the style of the original games, so she thought it would be fun. It is fun, problem was that it is old software, not meant to run on Vista. She downloaded a patch to help it to run, overall it is running alright, except she cannot get into the kitchen aspect of the game.
She is trying to work out the kinks, but is still enjoying the game! I’ve tried installing multiple times but it won’t install. The most important thing to know about this game is that any Operating System after Windows 98 is not natively compatible. My kids wanted to play it, but I don’t have any old computers it will run on. Can’t comment on the gameplay, because we can’t play it. This should really be noted in the offering description.
